Evolviamoci!
Ne abbiamo bisogno! Il nostro fantastico Club ha bisogno di nuove risorse, di
una forza giovane! Quindi in una notte insonne, surfando su internet alla
ricerca di un’ispirazione mi sono imbattuto nei gruppi giovanili dei club
service più conosciuti, vedi LEO Club ALFA.
La domanda
che mi sono posto è stata spontanea: “perché noi no?” Si vero la RT è un Club
giovane 18-40 ma guardandomi attorno di diciottenni o ventenni in tavola che
garantiscono anni di vita ai nostri club non ne ho visti, da qui l’idea:
creiamo un club Young, allunghiamo una mano ai giovanissimi così per noi
nascerebbe un vivaio sempre costante di
ragazzi che andrebbero ad alimentare la RT , che si svilupperebbe nelle scuole
superiori e nelle università ed in più, creiamo il braccio armato della RT che,
sicuramente, con un entusiasmo diverso andrebbe a sviluppare service operativi,
potendo anche contare sulla fantasia giovane che solo i ragazzi riescono ad
avere. Si andrebbe a creare un bacino di utenza enorme: ragazzi che pensano,
agiscono e si aggregano in mentalità RT.
Altro
aspetto, secondo me molto delicato, è la fascia di età che andiamo a toccare:
ragazzi che non avendo scopi e ambizioni ben definite o impegni costanti, si
rifugiano nei Social vivendo la loro vita, spesso, dietro al monitor di un pc o
di uno schermo di un tablet o di un cellulare,
che poi scopriamo diventare diseducativo, rimanendo scossi, ad
esempio, per le varie Blue Whale che
minacciano l’integrità dei ragazzi e la loro stessa sicurezza.
Non salveremo
la generazione di sicuro, ma secondo me bisogna dar loro uno strumento che li
possa aiutare ad avere uno scopo per crescere come ragazzi fino a diventare
Uomini come quelli che oggi compongono la RT.
Ovviamente c’è un altro aspetto che mi ha spinto in questa
folle idea, il fatto di creare un’identità RT che ad oggi, per quello che sento
dire nelle varie città, sta scomparendo fungendo sempre più da corridoio che
unisce i giovani e vecchi di altri Club service. Ora credo sia il momento di
cambiare rotta cresciamo Young Tabler che poi diventeranno Tabler e poi
entreranno definitivamente nel nostro Club41.
Noi la struttura l’abbiamo e la
mentalità giusta anche quindi credo che è sia arrivato il momento di
distinguerci con un nostro spirito e un
nostro Club giovanile.
Di questo ne potrebbe giovare anche Lady Circle che, con
questa iniziativa, beneficeranno del bacino di utenza partendo dal presupposto
che la mia idea di Young contempla anche la partecipazione del gentil sesso per
poter integrare Ladies laddove mancano e accresceranno dove già sono presenti.
Prendiamoci
il posto che ci spetta nel palinsesto dei Club service perché noi siamo Round
Table.

Let's
go further! We need it! Our fantastic Club needs new resources, a young force!
So in a sleepless night, surfing on theweb and looking for an inspiration I
came across the youth groups of the most popular club service, as LEO Club
ALFA.
The question I was asking me was spontaneous: "why not us?" The answer is Yes, the RT is a young club between 18-40 years, but looking around me I could not see anyone that could take ahead the future of the group; so the new idea came from that: creating a Young club, tending a hand to the youngest in order to feed the RT of the next years, which would develop in high schools and universities, so that we can establish the arm of the RT that with a different enthusiasm would develop new services, being able to count on the young imagination that only guys may have. It would create a huge catchment area: kids who think, act and aggregate in RT mentality.
Another delicate aspect is the age group that we are going to touch: boys who do not have well-defined goals and ambitions or constant commitments, take refuge in the common Social networks, especially behind the screen of a laptop or mobile, which we later discover become non-educational or also ground of the well-known Blue Whales that threaten the integrity of the boys and their own security.
We will not save the generation for sure, but I think we need to give them a tool that can help them to have a purpose to grow up as men likely those that today take part to the RT.
Obviously there is another aspect that has pushed me into this crazy idea, the fact of creating an identity RT that today, for what I hear in the different cities I visited, is disappearing by increasingly acting as a corridor that bounds young and old of other Clubs. Now I think it's time to change the route, let's grow Young Tabler who then become Tabler and then will definitely enter our 41Club.
We have the structure and the right mindset so I think it's time to stand out with our spirit and our Youth Club.
Lady Circle Club will also take advantage, seen that my idea of Young Club also contemplates the participation of the fair sex to integrate Ladies where they lack and increase where they are already present.
Let's take our place in the Club service schedule because we are Round Table.
